Live Like It's Your Last Day

Why do they say 'live like it's your last day' knowing it was yesterday?
How hard was it to keep
a laugh stifled so I, blinded and deafened, wouldn't hear?
Everytime I gave you a bit of me as these words poured out and then echoed,emotionless.
All these lies share a theme ripping every thread that held my heart beating.
These disappearing threads are spun around your fingers that choke me as I smile.
I told you I'd give you everything and now I give you my life. My last breath,wasted on your name.

Wow, so my writing sucked. probably still sucks.
hopefully i've matured a lot from then.
I do know though that there will never ever ever ever be more cutting poems, just because its been at least a full year since the last time I cut. yeah!

I'm done with using girls for my twisted shit.
I'm done with lying to girls just... because.
